**BTL chapter's constitution requires payment of dues by April 1st to partake in election process
2.5.1. All Chapter members who are financial as of April 1st of the current fraternal year shall be eligible to participate in the election process.
2.5.2.1 A Chapter member who has not met his financial obligation to the Chapter and the National Organization by December 31st of the current Fraternal Year shall have all his rights and privileges in the Chapter suspended. |
